Meals, Lodging and Facility Details


Meals, lodging and other facilities are being provided by Hume Lake Christian Camps, and will be incorporated into the registration process.


  • The Late Registration/Walk-in fee is $100, which includes all meals, and tent camping. 
  • Saturday-Only (no camping) is $60
  • Upgrades of housing will be available at an additional cost through the Hume Lake reservation process. 
  • Limited "dry" (no hook-ups) RV sites will be available for the tent camping price. There is a 24/7 dump site at Princess Campground about 3 miles down Highway 180.  Price is $7.
  • Discounts on SAREX memorabilia and other merchandise will be available for early registration participants for groups of 10 or more. Click here for the details on setting up your team for group registration.
  • Instructors will not have to pay any registration fees.

1. Provide your own tent or RV and set it up in a designated tent area.

2. Wagon Train - You can sleep in a covered wagon

that can hold up to 10 people with an area below the wagon for baggage storage.  Restroom facilities are separate for males and females and include shower stalls and toilet stalls with a sink/mirror area.

3. Wildwood -  You will sleep on bunks in “Safari” type

Standard Dorm


Standard Housing is made up of cabins and dorms, many of which have full bathrooms attached or are in room.  The rest have bathrooms within walking distance.  These accommodations are outfitted with a queen bed or bunk beds and sleep 5 to 10 people for groups.  Linens are not provided, so bring your own or a sleeping bag.
