A Group Registration program is available for teams that wish to register and pay for unit members in advance. The process is outlined below:
- Group Organizers should contact Hume Lake Camp at 559-305-7770 and indicate you are the organizer of a SAR group for SAREX; the staff will talk you through their Registration/Payment procedures. During the process, you will designate a "Group Name".
- Send that group name, along with your contact information, to registration@sarex.org.
- The Group Name you specify will be added as an option on the Group Registration form, which will enable the group registration process for your team.
- Members of your group can pull down your Group Name to register as part of your group.
- Group Organizers will be provided with an active link to a spreadsheet that shows the information for those who have registered using your Group Name.
- Group Registration defaults to the Tent/RV option; if individuals wish to use a different option, put that information in the Notes field on the registration forms and it will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
