SAREX 2017 VENDOR Sign-Up


We look forward to you attending SAREX 2017 to showcase your products and services to several hundred Search and Rescue personnel, volunteers, and representatives from Sheriff's Offices throughout California!

Vendors that are staying on-site OR eating meals will need to register and pay as an attendee.

Vendor Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the benefits of being a vendor at SAREX 2017?
    • This event presents an opportunity to showcase your product and services to over 400 Search ad Rescue personnel members and representatives from the respective Sheriff's Offices.
    • Vendors will be allocated a 10'x10' display area with optional electrical.  (Please bring your own extension cords and power strips)
    • Space will be available where the raffle is being held for a small banner.  Additionally, you have the option of helping with the raffle of your items.
    • SAREX attracts volunteer Search and Rescue members from across Northern California.
    • SAREX also draws paid staff from Sheriff's Offices from across Northern California.
    • Your company can interact directly with the SAR personnel.
  • What is the cost to be a vendor at SAREX 2017?
    • Vendors are required to donate $100 worth of merchandise or gift card to be raffled off.
  • Will there be additional costs for eating or staying on-site?
    • Any attending vendor's staff eating OR staying on-site will need to register and pay as an attendee.  Name badges will be issued to allow attendees to participate in meals.  
    • It is important to register and pay as an attendee if you or your staff would like to eat on-site.
  • When can I setup my booth?
    • Friday 15:00 - 17:00
    • Saturday 08:00 - 09:00
  • When are the exhibitor hours?
    • Friday 17:00 - 20:00
    • Saturday 09:00 - vendor discretion
    • Sunday 08:00 - 12:00
  • When can I breakdown my booth?
    • Sunday 12:00 - 13:00
  • When is the Vendor Registration Deadline?
    • August 11, 2017
  • What if I would like to demonstrate my product?
    • A demonstration area will available to vendors who specifically request space in the designated vendor demonstration area.  Vendors should clearly specify what your needs are.  All vendor demonstration area requests shall be reviewed and approved prior to setup.  If you would like demonstration space; please request that through the Vendor Registration form.
